The Training Unit of COMSIT Directorate is primarily responsible for equipping the university community and general public with the necessary ICT skills and knowledge for effective service delivery. This involves a broad spectrum of activities, including: 1. Needs Assessment: Identifying the ICT training requirements of different faculties, departments, units or individuals based on their roles and responsibilities. 2. Training Program Development: Designing and developing ICT training programmes, workshops, and courses aligned with the identified needs. 3. Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars using various methods (classroom, online, or blended learning).
