Strengths:

  1. Expertise: Availability of resourceful personnel who have adequate skills and relevant certifications in diverse areas of ICTs. The University is equally endowed with relevant experts in pedagogy and curriculum development capable of facilitating development of quality training materials.   
  2. ⁠⁠Flexibility: There is a possibility of varying delivery strategy depending on the specific needs of the target audience.

Weaknesses:

  1. Limited resources for developing specialized training content.
  2. ⁠Potential challenges in balancing the demands of university students and external participants. 
  3. Inadequate funding

 Opportunities:

  1. Expansion of training offerings to cater for emerging technologies and market demand.
  2. ⁠Collaboration with industry partners to enhance the relevance of training need and then tailor some customized programs to enable wider clients.

Threats:

  1. Competition from other training providers offering similar programs.
  2. Difficulty in attracting participants due to completive training schools that have littered all over
